Payroll IssuesJust a couple of reminders of what needs to be done in order for payroll to go smoothly.A. Please make sure all time cards are filled out accurately and thoroughly. If we are unable to read your time card we may not be able to process your payroll on time. B. Make sure that you have checked off either "hold" or "mail" on your timecard. If neither one is checked, we will automatically mail it. No exceptions! If you are having us "hold" your check and someone other than yourself will be picking it up, please fax a note to us stating who is going to be authorized to pickup your check and make sure that person brings a valid, photo ID. The note needs to come from you and we will only honor a fax copy. No phone call authorizations and please do not have the person picking up your check bring a note. C. If we have to place a “stop pay” on your paycheck their will be a $20.00 charge.
